Lead Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Designer

Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical leadership, driving key strategic decisions, roadmaps, and architectural developments for mixed-signal designs across global teams.
  • Collaborate with IC designers and system engineers to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation products.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive collaboration with support teams (CAD, technology, and digital) to enhance productivity across the organization.


Qualifications
  • Extensive technical expertise in data converters, with hands-on IC tape-out and productization experience.
  • Strong ability to translate high-level specifications into block-level design requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience providing customer-facing support throughout product development and release-to-production phases.
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related +13 years of experience, or MS +11 years of experience, or Ph.D. +8 years of experience.
