Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the construction markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise to customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits and field trials to demonstrate product capabilities and gather feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Target Market Manager to prepare project proposals and develop sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
