IT Support Professional Wanted

The role of a Service Desk Technician is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations. We are seeking an individual to fill this position, requiring the ability to provide timely assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to various projects encompassing mobile device upgrades and general technical support for stakeholders.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and demonstrate adaptability and initiative.

Requirements:

  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Be available immediately to work full-time for three months within the Information Technology department.
  • Previous experience as a Level 1 Service Desk Technician is highly desirable.
  • Acknowledged proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred but not mandatory.

Due to the nature of our organization, successful candidates must undergo a national police check and possess an Employee Working with Children Check, which can be obtained upon receiving a job offer.
