Surface Coatings Professional

We're seeking a detail-oriented Surface Coatings Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, quality control, and research and development, to address customer needs and provide technical insights. This involves conducting tests, evaluations, benchmark products and analysis of paint products to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide technical insights.
  • Testing and Analysis: Conduct tests, evaluations, benchmark products and analysis of paint products to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs for in-house, on-site and customer visits.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical inquiries, solutions provided, health and safety, and product performance data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical services related to surface coatings.
  • Knowledge of paint technology, surface preparation, and coating processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and customers.
  • Occupational Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
