Job Title: Vehicle Coatings Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented specialists to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying coatings using spray guns or similar tools.

The successful candidate will possess excellent hand-to-eye coordination, efficiency, and skills to produce consistent, high-quality finishes. You will work with various coating techniques and tools, comprehend and apply regulatory requirements, and maintain attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, or masking as needed.
  • Mix and match coatings colours and finishes as per technical specifications and customised orders.
  • Independently operate all kinds of spray-coating equipment in the workshop.
  • Apply primers, topcoats, and sealants in consistent, even layers to meet job specs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, making corrections as necessary.
  • Maintain and clean coating tools and equipment in compliance with industry standards.
  • Document coating usage and record job details for tracking and reporting purposes.
