Surface Coating Expertise - Permanent Full Time Role

A leading supplier of interior and exterior surface coatings seeks a Surface Coating Specialist to join their team.

The Role:

Mix and formulate speciality coatings and tints used to protect and decorate surfaces. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and wider team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and formulate speciality coatings and tints.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and team to ensure effective surface coating solutions.

Requirements:

  • Related experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent colour perception and tinting skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with basic math concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy paint tins.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
