We are seeking a professional and organized individual to join our HR team as a Hiring Manager - Human Resources Administration. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR administration, providing support to the executive team, and ensuring that company values are aligned with desired behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead HR projects and objectives using contemporary and best practice approaches.
- Support the executive team in managing underperformance and provide sound employment legislation advice.
- Ensure behaviours are aligned with company values and desired outcomes.
- Identify areas of people risk throughout the business.
In this role, you will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across the business, and high-level written communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to multitask, work independently, and use initiative and problem-solving skills to achieve business outcomes.
A successful candidate will have experience in HR administration, preferably with knowledge of employment legislation and human resources principles.
You will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines. Additionally, you will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
