Customer Service Specialist

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional customer service to our valued veterinary clients.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of client inquiries, providing expert advice and troubleshooting, as well as processing orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client calls and emails to resolve general product enquiries.
  • Ensuring all client requests and orders are completed in line with company procedures.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints to resolution or re-direct appropriately.
  • Accurately maintaining client records within systems aligned to company procedures.
  • Providing expert knowledge of veterinary products to support clients with accurate information on our range of services and products.

About You

To be successful, you will have;

  • Animal health experience or relevant knowledge and training.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience in a high-service delivery model.
  • Solid administration and data entry experience.
  • Excellent communication and written correspondence skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a high work ethic and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change and new processes.

Our hybrid work options offer flexibility from Melbourne (Heatherton), Sydney (Erskine Park) or Brisbane (Northgate).
