**Job Description** Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service?**

Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a **Part-time** **Client Services Representative**for a **12-month Maternity Leave Contract**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone
- Handling appointments, inquiries, and client communications
- Managing client records and paperwork accurately
- Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and hospital policies
- Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Processing client payments and maintain financial records
- Ensuring the reception area is kept clean, organised, and welcoming
- Assisting in administrative tasks as needed
- Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our clients' needs

**Role requirements**:

- Proven experience in a client services role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting
- Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, calm and empathetic
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
