About the Role

This is a key leadership position within the Grid Integration business unit in Singapore, responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve Order Received and Order Profitability targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and budget.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities and transactions, including lead generation, order management, and contract administration.
  • Monitor and report on market intelligence and sales performance.
  • Support the development of strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements.
  • Take ownership of sales processes, training, and development plans.
  • Lead the Grid Integration Sales and Marketing team, including employee skills and performance development.

About You

  • Graduated with a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • 10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel, with demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing people.
  • Good communication skills required.
