About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Substations team in delivering complex energy projects across Australia and New Zealand.

As a key member of our Energy team, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to deliver major energy projects, leading and supporting engineers, and driving delivery and technical excellence.

With a strong understanding of consulting in Transmission and Distribution projects, you will have experience in substation design, including primary and secondary systems, and be familiar with complex energy projects and substation design standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to deliver major energy projects
  • Lead and support engineers in the delivery of complex energy projects
  • Drive delivery and technical excellence
  • Identify and lead innovation in energy projects
Requirements
  • 15 years' experience in consulting in Transmission and Distribution projects
  • Proven understanding of substation design, including primary and secondary systems
  • Familiarity with complex energy projects and substation design standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Local market knowledge of NEM and strong understanding of the Energy market across Australia and/or New Zealand
