Job Title: Account Growth Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for major customers, you will be responsible for managing state-based accounts and key stakeholders, developing and executing sales strategies, facilitating coffee training as required by your customers, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, and acquiring new business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage state-based accounts and key stakeholders to drive growth and revenue
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Facilitate coffee training sessions to enhance customer experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Monitor and maintain accurate customer data and contract compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar B2B sales role
- Previous coffee industry experience is a plus
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain relationships
- Customer-focused mindset and adaptability
- Proficient in MS365 Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license
