Job Overview

Budage Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all staff members nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll fortnightly, reconcile and submit bank files.
  • Interpret the Legal Services Award (LSA) to process timesheets accurately.
  • Process staff movements, bonuses, and salary sacrifice requests.
  • Reconcile leave accruals with leave takes and understand Long Service Leave rules.
  • Calculate redundancy payments and prepare PAYG and Superannuation reports.
  • Submit Single Touch Payroll (STP) files to the ATO and prepare manual payments when required.
  • Respond to customer queries and assist the Finance team with queries and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar payroll position.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
