Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team at Lawson Elliott.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 4-5 years of experience in payroll to contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing for all employees
  • Single Touch Payroll superannuation payments processing
  • Maintaining knowledge of payroll compliance, including standard practices, procedures, operations, and laws
  • Collaborating with HR to facilitate setup for newly on-boarded employees
  • Calculating and processing termination payments when required
  • Supporting end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Assisting with month-end reports preparation and necessary reconciliations
  • Developing strong relationships with operations leaders and HR to provide payroll support and advice
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent administration skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits:
