Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to join our team in Brookvale. The successful candidate will have a strong background in MYOB, payroll tax, and superannuation.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires 16-24 hours per week of dedicated support for our administration team. As a Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all bookkeeping on MYOB to P&L, working with varying awards and allowances, processing payroll tax and superannuation, and performing bank and creditor reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • All bookkeeping on MYOB to P&L
  • Working with varying awards and allowances
  • Payroll tax and superannuation
  • Staff liaison with payroll matters
  • Bank and creditor reconciliations
  • BAS preparation
  • Payables
  • Associated administration and filing tasks
  • Payroll on MYOB for up to 60 staff with timesheets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need previous similar experience, knowledge of MYOB, and a positive can-do attitude. You should also be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
