Operational Excellence Lead

This leadership role is pivotal in driving responsive and high-quality services to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of skilled technicians, fostering open communication and emphasizing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct a team of technicians, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and task execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance and take ownership of team decisions and actions.
  • Bolster a robust safety culture within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to scope and price repair works.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in leadership roles, preferably within the lift industry, coupled with a deep understanding of repair methodologies.
  • Ideal background as a Maintenance/Repairs/Service Manager in the Lift industry or related sectors such as Fire, HVAC, Security.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, adept at building rapport, influencing others, and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
