- Manage Venue Operations Managers at key locations, guaranteeing successful event delivery
- Negotiate and manage contracts for essential services, including cleaning, security, parking, and other vital suppliers
- Develop and implement operational standards, promoting efficiency and quality across venues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and customer experiences
Required skills and qualifications include tertiary qualifications in business, operations, or related fields, accompanied by 7+ years of operational leadership experience and a proven track record of success.
