Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AML Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process design, quality frameworks, and performance reporting.

The role will involve leading the design and documentation of AML processes, developing and embedding a robust quality control framework, and representing the AML Operations team in audits and reviews.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence, quality control, training, and performance reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven AML operational leadership experience in highly regulated industries.
  • Deep knowledge of AML/CTF frameworks and operational best practices.
  • Strong capability in process design, quality frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Tertiary qualification in a financial crime or related discipline.
