Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as providing administrative support to the HR department.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will have previous administration experience in HR and recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for participating in workforce planning, recruitment and interviews, onboarding and inductions, and interacting with leaders at all levels.
">Key Responsibilities
">Your key responsibilities will include:

- Participating in workforce planning to ensure accurate staffing levels">
- Providing administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment and onboarding processes">
- Communicating effectively with candidates and employees throughout the recruitment and onboarding process">
- Coordinating inductions and onboarding programs for new employees">
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to HR activities">
- Providing support to the HR/IR specialist on various HR initiatives and programs">
- Working collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve business objectives">
- Participating in operational meetings to discuss HR-related matters">
