We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills and experience in HR and recruitment administration under the guidance of an HR/IR specialist.
">Key responsibilities include:
- Workforce planning and development
- Recruitment and interviewing processes
- Onboarding and inductions for new employees
- Interacting with leaders at all levels
- Reporting and contributing to operational meetings
- Building knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and National Employment Standards
- Involvement in other HR/IR initiatives and programs
You will be supported to work individually and as part of a team to deliver exceptional outcomes while maintaining a safe and productive culture.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Previous administration experience in HR and recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to follow instructions and ask questions
- A desire to learn and grow within the role
- Initiative to escalate issues and collaborate with the team to resolve problems
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
- A keen eye for detail with high accuracy
- Confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Treating all individuals fairly and with respect
