The success of our operations relies heavily on the role of our HR Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Human Resource Operations and Support:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, induction, learning and development, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, variation letters, and other employee documentation in accordance with organisational policies and industrial instruments.
  • Maintain and update employee records, registers, qualifications, and training logs across HRIS and filing systems.
  • Support the administration of probation, performance review, and disciplinary processes in line with organisational procedures.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to managers and employees in response to general HR queries.
  • Maintain and manage HR templates, forms, workflows, and process documents for efficient operations.

This position requires a combination of administrative and operational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software applications.
