Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead talent development initiatives, partner with leaders, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across the organisation.
  • Coach managers on performance, conduct, and team development.
  • Manage employee lifecycle, including probation, reviews, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Generalist HR experience in Australia (min. 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build HR processes from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Right to work in Australia.
