About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Property Team as an SDA Tenancy Coordinator.

This role focuses on tenant satisfaction and ensures seamless administration of SDA management functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering supportive relationships with tenants, care teams, families, and stakeholders
  • Managing tenancy agreements and documentation while navigating regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new tenants and overseeing lease renewals
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with SDA and tenancy standards

You will empower tenants by assisting them in understanding their rights and responsibilities, as well as navigating financial assistance options.
