About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Agile expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating agile events/ceremonies and lead with accountability.

You will partner with stakeholders to prioritize work and bring strong business analysis skills to help shape and drive meaningful outcomes. As a key delivery partner, you will work closely with product owners, process leads, and platform teams to ensure a clear understanding of priorities and drive solution clarity.

Additionally, you will be responsible for removing blockers to enable successful delivery. This requires extensive experience leading Agile teams in highly regulated industries and a proven track record of Agile delivery models and mindsets.

Your Skills and Expertise
  • Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or Disciplined Agile (DA) frameworks
  • Extensive experience leading Agile teams in highly regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Technology)
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, Confluence
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
