Job Title: Agile Delivery Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agile Delivery Expert to join our dynamic team.

The Agile Delivery Expert will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

The Agile Delivery Expert will facilitate and coordinate Agile processes to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Agile Delivery Expert will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.

This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes along with the Agile framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management - Managing client expectations, stakeholder, sponsor, steering committee expectations and relationship management with customer
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
  • Periodic catch-up/status meeting with customer
  • Tracking of cost, effort, schedule and risks
  • Ensure periodic design reviews to enforce reusability, framework centric designs and adopting lessons learnt from the Customer engagement across the organization

Team Management:

  • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and productivity
  • Coordinating with PMO regarding resource additions and releases

Account Management:

  • Work with the Client Partner to grow the account in terms of revenue and people
  • Ensure we are adding value to the account by suggesting improvements, thought leadership, and guiding them on recent technologies and initiatives that will help them achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Scrum Master experience of 3 years (required)
  • Australia Work Authorisation (required)
