Lead a High-Performing Agile Team

We're seeking an experienced Agile expert to lead our high-performing team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for fostering a positive environment that empowers team members through discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

  • Guide the team in using Agile practices and values to deliver exceptional results, while developing a sustainable pace of continuous improvement.
  • Protect the team from internal and external factors that impact performance, actively promoting new ways of communication, information radiation, and transparency.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to ensure a strong vision, backlog development, and cadence, facilitating Agile ceremonies and radiating sprint team metrics.
Required Skills
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.
  • Able to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
