Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to play a key role in driving the adoption and uplift of agile methodologies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to embed consistent, metric-driven, and effective scaled agile practices.
  • Assist project teams in using agile methods to manage timelines and align with overall strategy.
  • Lead agile workshops for teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by setting goals, assigning responsibility and providing training.
  • Actively participate and contribute to organizational chapter activities.
  • Leverage best practice ceremonies and agile practices through WWoW playbook.
  • Drive cultural change by promoting an agile mindset and ensuring team compliance with industry standards.
  • Facilitate team learning and development for individuals and teams to enhance agile skills.
  • Educate/Coach staff around their roles including responsibilities of people and teams.
  • Facilitate agile events, ceremonies, and workshops to ensure effectiveness and support squads / villages.
  • Communicate and collaborate with product owners, delivery leads, service owners, village leads, squads, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and support teams in delivering agile projects using Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Delivery Coach, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or similar role ideally in a financial services environment.
  • Certification as an agile coach or Scrum Master.
  • A strong knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing agile techniques in diverse work cultures and environments.
  • A customer-centric, result-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in managing agile projects of varying size and complexity.
  • An understanding of large, complex organisation dynamics and how change is managed within.
  • Strong leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, and developing talent within teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in coaching at a large organisation or Fortune 500 company.
