About Our Agile Transformation Expert Role

Expertise in Leading Agile Methodologies

We seek an expert who can empower teams to reach their full potential, ensuring they are engaged, innovative, productive, and deliver high-quality results. Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Agile methodologies and the ability to coach teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach teams to achieve peak performance by empowering them to take ownership of their work.
  • Provide guidance on Agile methodologies and facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Evaluate Agile frameworks and implement agility in project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum.
  • Improve delivery predictability across teams by identifying and removing impediments.
  • Lead by example and support teams using a servant leadership style.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within an IT/SAAS environment, with knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of the financial services or banking sector is advantageous.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or equivalents are highly valued.
