As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to lead the adoption of agile practices, guiding the team through the complexities of agile transition and aligning their work with business goals. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies with a clear track record of leading stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.",
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a history of addressing and mitigating challenges that impede team progress.",
  • Solid background in coaching and mentoring teams, with an emphasis on embedding Scrum principles and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.",
  • Proven ability in effective stakeholder communication, adept at bridging gaps between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.",
  • Experience in team management, with an emphasis on creating a protective environment that prioritizes and achieves sprint goals.
