Job Description

Seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead business development efforts in Western Australia's mining, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across WA.
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Sell specialized services such as mine remediation, waterproofing, facade repairs, and infrastructure protection.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Engage with clients on-site, understand project needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Strong Sales Hunter: Confident in identifying and winning new business, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Industry Expertise: Experienced in construction, mining, infrastructure, or industrial services - Understanding of these industries and their key decision-makers.

Resilience and Autonomy: Able to work independently, manage their own pipeline, and drive results without constant direction.

Relationship Building: Skilled at developing long-term partnerships with maintenance superintendents, project managers, and operations leaders.

WA Mining Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with WA's mining sector.

CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales performance.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within WA to visit client sites and offer tailored solutions.
