We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to drive strategic outcomes and deliver expert guidance across multiple offices and stakeholder groups.

This high-impact role plays a pivotal part in executing our national HR strategy while providing expert advice to specific business lines.

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Nurture and grow a high-potential team of HR professionals.
  • Execute annual HR projects with a focus on driving higher value outcomes.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism and best practice.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and cultural initiatives.
  • Provide trusted advice on performance management, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Assist in integrating acquisitions as part of our growth strategy.

This role offers a seat at the table with senior leadership to influence business decisions. With opportunities for organic growth through acquisitions, you can take on diverse projects outside of traditional HR duties.

You will be a confident and capable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Leadership experience within a HR function, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience within a large corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
