Deliver accurate and timely results as a key player in our records management team.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual to capture, classify, register and track records within our Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). You will be responsible for creating service requests, scanning files and maintaining the hard copy file system.
Key Responsibilities- Capturing and classifying records and information within EDRMS
- Creating service requests within our customer request management system
- Maintaining the hard copy file system
To succeed in this role you will need:
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in using TRIM Content Manager software or similar Records Management System
