We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Management Officer to join our team. This role involves capturing, classifying, registering, and tracking records and information within the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). Key responsibilities include creating service requests, scanning files, and maintaining hard copy file systems.

- Creating service requests within customer request management system
- Scanning files and maintaining hard copy file systems
- Knowledge of recordkeeping principles
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer literacy
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience in using TRIM Content Manager software or similar records management system
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of records management principles, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. You must also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
