We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to lead our team of 4 payroll officers. The successful candidate will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation.

**Job Summary:**

Our newly created Payroll Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to develop their leadership skills in a high-performing payroll environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a payroll team of 4 and ensuring processes are run effectively and efficiently.
  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation of superannuation, workers' compensation, PAYG and payroll tax.
  • Collaborating with finance, HR and other internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures within the team.
  • Providing training and upskilling opportunities for the payroll team.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in a supervisory or senior payroll position and excellent communication skills to deal with various stakeholders.
