The Company Aquatec Equipment is the leading supplier of pond, outdoor water garden and water feature equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand. Aquatec Equipment are a team of passionate people, their mission is to help individuals discover, create, and enjoy outstanding living spaces.
The Role Aquatec Equipment is rapidly growing and are seeking an experienced Marketing Team Leader to join their team. The Marketing Team Leader, you'll have experience across all facets of marketing, lead day-to-day activities, build awareness of products/services and implement long-term strategies, while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role will suit someone with a hands on approach and a passion for Marketing.
Based in Forrestdale.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Assist in developing and managing the annual Marketing calendar and budget
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry partners, agencies, and vendors
- Implement agreed-upon marketing strategies to promote the company to the target audience
- Produce engaging and meaningful content for the websites and social media channels that attract and convert our target audience
- Oversee marketing campaigns, measure performance, and analyze website analytics and social media metrics to inform future strategies
- Coordinate marketing events, handle logistics, and conduct market research for insights on audiences, competitors, and industry trends

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience as a Marketing Team leader or similar
- Proven track record in effectively executing marketing strategies
- Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing, encompassing content marketing and social media strategies
- Proficient in crafting innovative content and creating captivating advertising concepts
- Someone who can take initiative, be a team player and has self motivation
