The Role An opportunity has become available for a Sales Team Leader to join BDSS's exciting journey towards success The Sales Team Leader will lead the Sales team focusing on improving sales and ensuring the team continues to provide excellent service and knowledge to their customers.
This role is based in Canning Vale, WA.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead, coach, and support team members
- Ensure the team continue to provide excellent customer service
- Set sales goals and evaluate team performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience within the furniture industry is preferred.
- Prior experience in a sales role or role within the furniture industry
- Ability to motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
