Job Title: Porter Team Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Porter Team Leader in our Front Office team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house operations.

  • This involves greeting guests, handling luggage, transportation needs, and general inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • You will also be responsible for delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms efficiently.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel driveway is another critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of front-of-house activities.
  2. Greet guests, handle luggage, transportation needs, and general inquiries.
  3. Deliver amenities and other items to guest rooms efficiently.
  4. Maintain the cleanliness standards of the Hotel driveway.
  5. Valet park guest cars.

Requirements:

  • Organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexible to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.
  • Hold a valid manual driver's license; automatic considered.
  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
