Talent Acquisition and People Experience Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to shape the candidate experience, manage training modules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • You'll be responsible for interview scheduling, job postings, and people insights.
  • Manage reporting, expenses, team admin, and present data to the People team.
  • Support team events with swag drops, set up, catering, and planning.

You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition And People Experience Lead.

  • Develop and maintain systems, templates, and processes to streamline People operations.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute internal communications and share our culture.

About this role:

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. You'll have the opportunity to work across talent, people experience, and ops in one role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Interview scheduling and process flow management.
  2. Job posting maintenance and people insights delivery.
  3. Training module management and platform access administration.
  4. Reporting, expenses, and team admin management.
  5. Team event support and planning.
  6. System development and maintenance.
  7. Continuous improvement initiatives.
