Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

We're looking for a Talent Development Specialist who will help us deliver effective training to our staff in Traffic Management rooms. This role involves designing, delivering, and reviewing training programs to ensure our staff have the necessary skills to excel.

This position would suit someone with a curious mind and experience in creating and delivering training programs. You'll need to design learning solutions that meet our regulatory and operational requirements, as well as plan and implement cross-functional training programs.

You'll also be responsible for reviewing existing training material and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, evaluating and reviewing training resources, and creating and updating training content with input from key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
