Strategic Workforce Planning Role

This position involves developing and implementing long-term strategies for workforce planning, focusing on recruitment, training, and resource allocation. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a background in data analytics, with experience in workforce planning fundamentals and advanced skills in MS Excel and data visualization tools. They should be able to lead initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and engage stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable workforce plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing long-term recruitment, training, and resource strategies for Flying Operations and Cabin Crew
  • Supporting enterprise agreement negotiations across Australia and New Zealand
  • Providing expert analysis to guide operational and industrial decision-making
  • Engaging with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable workforce plans
