Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on HR matters, aligning with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Advisory: Collaborate with leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with organisational goals.
  • Talent Management: Partner with teams to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, driving talent acquisition and retention.
  • Change Management: Work closely with stakeholders to design and execute change management plans, enhancing employee engagement and productivity.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on employee relations and performance management matters, fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Policy Development: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Workforce Analytics: Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • L&D Programs: Facilitate learning and development programs to enhance organisational capability, promoting employee growth and retention.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation, creating a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a blue collar workforce environment, with at least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strategic HR Role: Proven experience in a strategic HR role, within the Public Sector.
  • Key Skills: Strong understanding of workforce planning and organisational design, excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, ability to analyse and interpret workforce data effectively, knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
