Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Workplace Relations Expert to lead our Workplace Relations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workplace relations and consulting services to our clients.

About the Role

The Strategic Workplace Relations Expert will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing team operations, budgeting, service quality, and performance reporting
  • Delivering workplace relations and consulting services, providing advice and representation to clients on a fee-for-service basis
  • Ensuring ongoing education and up-to-date knowledge of industrial relations legislation and case law changes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification/s in law or human resources management or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment-related legislation, industrial instruments, and Modern Awards
  • Significant experience in the delivery of consulting services on a fee-paying basis
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong knowledge and experience interpreting industrial instruments (enterprise agreements and awards), and HR policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience in representation in the Fair Work Commission and South Australian Employment Tribunal
