Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, WINTEL environments, and solutions architecture.

This role requires the ability to provide technical expertise and support for Defence and National Security clients. You will work on critical ICT infrastructure, automation, deployment services, and contribute to the delivery of secure and innovative technology solutions.

The successful candidate will be based at our Penrith HQ and play a key role in supporting and enhancing secure ICT environments in a collaborative and dynamic team.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Operating system build design (SOE), including Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
  • Paa S build and systems imaging
  • Manage and or deploy Defence applications
  • Scripting and automating application installation and customisation using tools such as Power Shell
  • Maintaining configuration management approaches including documentation
  • Providing security updates through effective patching application
  • Monitoring and performance management reporting
  • User support (Helpdesk) and maintenance
  • Disaster recovery and backup
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management
Qualifications and Experience
  • A relevant qualification in ICT such as certifications in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, SQL), VMware (VCP)
  • Certifications in networking technologies such as Comp TIA Network+, Security+, or Cisco (CCNA)
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience in ICT Systems Engineering, WINTEL, or Solutions Architecture
  • Scripting and Power Shell automation
  • Imaging and Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
