Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field and Support Desk Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service delivery to clients in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development Manager with local sales projects and support.
  • Attend to jobs locally to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with our technical team for various tasks and requests.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of IT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, or similar are highly desirable.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in configuring, installing, monitoring, supporting, and managing ICT environments.
  • Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and virtualisation technologies.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Operational Capabilities:
  • Following defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies, and procedures.
  • Providing operational support to client sites as required.
  • Developing and maintaining ICT documentation.
  • Prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing workflows.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent customer service, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, advise, and work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
