About the Role:
- Coordinate executive correspondence across the organization, allocating incoming correspondence to business units and tracking responses against timeframes.
- Effectively manage systems and processes, negotiating deadlines and liaising with staff to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate confidently with staff at all levels, structuring written and oral communications for clarity and responding to enquiries in a courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality correspondence management service, continually seeking improvements in administrative systems and processes.
- Maintain a detailed working knowledge of policies, procedures, and electronic records management systems.
