  • Reporting Coordination: Advise departmental officers on correspondence preparation and manage ESU reporting using advanced Excel and HP Trim skills.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee the ESU inbox and mail merge processes via MapiLab, coordinate inter-departmental information requests, and assist in maintaining style guides and manuals.
  • Operational Tasks: Support operational tasks such as registering and finalising correspondence, contribute to process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and foster a positive team culture.
