As a key member of our team, we are seeking an effective Communication and Correspondence Specialist to manage formal correspondence, briefs, and requests. This role requires high-level critical thinking and attention to detail reviewing complex correspondence and briefing documents, ensuring accurate and professional responses.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track formal correspondence, briefs, and requests with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review complex correspondence and briefing documents for accuracy and professionalism, adhering to organizational standards.
- Liaise with colleagues and external parties to meet service expectations and maintain strong working relationships.
- Contribute as an active member of the team, assisting with staff absences and workload fluctuations, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement of processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- High-level critical thinking and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including email management and document preparation.
