Animal Care Officer

Job Description:

RSPCA NSW fights for animal rights. We prevent cruelty, caring for over 15,000 animals every year.

We seek experienced Animal Care Officers to provide daily care and attention, implement behavioural initiatives, and enrich animals at our shelter.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily care, including feeding, cleaning, and administering medication
  • Implementing initiatives to improve welfare
  • Providing enrichment activities to stimulate growth and development
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve objectives
