Administrative Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Project Coordinator to provide vital administrative and project management support to our Property & Services team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage property systems: Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of property management functions, including Console software, arrears control, and property access coordination.
- Handle customer enquiries: Respond to internal and external customer requests, escalating as necessary, to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Oversee bookings and maintenance: Coordinate with contractors, manage Chichester Cottage bookings, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain electronic document management: Organize and update electronic documents, ensuring compliance with financial reporting processes and governance requirements.
- Support project management initiatives: Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring within the Property & Services team.
- Provide administrative support: Schedule meetings, take minutes, coordinate team events, and manage invoices and purchase requisitions.
- Business administration experience: 2-3 years of experience in business administration, preferably in property or project administration.
- Property administration skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with intranet systems (e.g., SharePoint) and document management software (e.g., TRIM).
- Organizational and time management skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
