Key Roster Role

We seek a skilled professional to ensure the residence is appropriately staffed at all times, delivering quality care to residents while maintaining a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Staff Scheduling: Develop and maintain schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and meet the care requirements of residents.
  • Coordinate staff availability, taking into account leave, absences, and training needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff hours worked and time off.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant employment legislation and award conditions.
